Natural Links

Natural links, what are they?

Well, natural links are those links you get from your visitors because they liked the information found on, or the looks of your site that much they are willing to link to it.

One of the criteria for Google to get an idea what place and value a page has, is the amount and quality of links pointing to that page.

Unfortunatly this is one of the reasons why directories and pages are being (ab)used to get as much links as possible and why some even sell links to others form their high PR pages, pushing pages that can't compete on their own and are more or less useless to visitors.
